My name is Ross Silver, and I’ve spent the last 20 years behind bars—serving everything from pints of Guinness in an Irish pub on the outskirts of Manhattan to expertly mixed cocktails for Hollywood’s elite in Los Angeles. My journey began in my early 20s when I packed up my life, hit the road, and headed west. It was in L.A. where I mastered the craft of mixology and honed my skills to become a bartender known for precision, speed, and exceptional customer service.
My career took an exciting turn when I was recruited by a leading fast-casual burger chain to serve as their Head Front of House Corporate Trainer. In this role, I had the privilege of training and mentoring over 600 bartenders and 1,000 servers across the country. Through my years of experience, I’ve learned what it takes to thrive in any bar setting—from neighborhood dives to high-end restaurants.
